All orders ship from our design studio in Upstate NY with most orders shipping within 72 hours. This allows for a 24 hour cancellation window, 48 hour order change window and to allow time for any custom engravings.

Additional shipping speed upgrade options are available when checking out.

After shipping, International order transit time will typically take on average 10 days to Canada or Mexico, 14 to 21 days to the UK and 21+ days for other further regions.

We ship every order in a recycled poly mailer to protect from water/liquid contact and inside a carboard box to protect from being crushed in transit.

All rings come with a standard ring box.

Our custom engraved wooden ring box with a magnetic top is also available as an upgrade.

We ship most orders within 72 hours.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours and change your order within 48 hours.

After this time you may return your order within 30 days for a refund, or within 180 days for a new size exchange. Returns and Exchanges must be in like new condition free of any scratches or damage.

We're so confident in the materials and quality of our rings that we offer a limited lifetime warranty with every ring purchase. We hope that you wear your ring and love it!

This warranty includes a one time replacement in the first year for any damage that may happen to your ring for any reason.

After 1 year, or after the first replacement, additional replacements are available for a low cost warranty deductible.

Replacements will require return of your damaged ring. Your replacement will be sent in the same size, width and style as ordered, or in the size of your most recent exchange.

Our tungsten carbide bands contain on average between 9% and 13% nickel. Some customers may have an allergy to nickel which can cause skin irritation. In these cases, please follow our return or exchange process for a refund or a replacement with a different band type.

Rings that are too tight may trap dirt, soap and other debris which can also cause skin irritation.

Jewelry items are small and can be a choking hazard for pets, children and some adults. Please ensure you store your jewelry in a safe and secure location.
