Do you offer a free sizing tool?

Absolutely!

Are quarter (1/4 or 3/4) sizes available?

Unfortunately no, our ring sizes are in full and half sizes only.

Can you help me pick a width?

Our printable sizing tool has a gauge on the end that shows 4mm, 6mm and 8mm widths.

A good trick to pick out which width you would like is to stack US nickels. One nickel is just under 2mm. So stacking 2 equals 4mm, 3 equals 6mm and stacking 4 equals 8mm. You can hold that stack against your finger to estimate where the band would sit on your finger and the approximate width.

Can you make a band in a 3, 5, 7, 10, 12mm width?

Currently we do not offer these widths in any of our designs and are unable to accept custom orders in these widths.

Are your rings in US sizes?

Yes, our bands are made with US sizing with comfort fit bands.

Are your bands comfort fit or standard?

All of our bands are made in comfort fit.

Unless specifically stated as standard fit, please expect your band to be comfort fit.

I wrapped a string around my finger to measure, will that work?

Generally this will get you close but is not sufficiently accurate for ring sizing.

Customers who use this method are often off by as many as 4 ring sizes.

I used a tailors tape / fabric ruler to get my size, is that accurate?

No, this will not get you accurate measurements for ring sizing.

Unfortunately, customers who use this method have never received a ring that fits.

Can a jeweler resize my band?

Channel rings like these can't be resized. A new ring would need to be ordered in your preferable size.

Will my hands match ring sizes?

Unless you've used a ring sizing tool on both hands, please expect both of your hands to have slightly different ring sizes.

It's not uncommon for your dominant hand to be a slightly larger size.

Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

Generally, customer orders will ship within 3 business days.

This allows for a 24 hour cancelation window, 48 hour order change window and additional time for any custom engraving that may be requested.

Why do you not ship next day?

If you DO want us to immediately ship your order please let us know in your order notes and we'll be happy to ship next business day.

We have found that approximately 5% of all customers request a change to their order in the first 12 to 48 hours. Most often the change is to their shipping address.

Shipping orders in 3 business days allows for a brief grace period providing customers an opportunity to change sizes, widths, or engravings without having to go through the exchange process.

This also allows time for us to complete any engravings you may have on your order.

Do you ship on the weekend?

We ship orders daily, Monday through Friday.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders to the United States will arrive within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.

International orders will require customs clearance. Please allow approximately 10 to 21 days for international delivery.

For faster shipping speeds Priority and Express upgrades will be available when checking out.

Will I have to pay VAT or customs?

International orders outside of the United States may require VAT depending on the destination country.

The customer will be responsible for any VAT or customs fees required for delivery.

My order hasn't arrived yet, where is it?

Most orders to the United States will arrive within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.

International orders will require customs clearance. Please allow approximately 10 to 21 days for international delivery.

If you did not receive your order tracking information, please check your emails spam/junk folder.

Please use reach out to support through the Contact Us page. We'll be happy to look into the tracking status of your order.

Exchanges

How long do I have to exchange my order?

We offer a generous 180 day (6 month) size or width exchange.

After 180 days (6 months), exchanges for new sizes or widths is a $25 fee with return of your current ring. Your exchange must be in good, like new condition.

Will my exchange be engraved?

Exchanges can be engraved.

If you would like your exchange to be engraved, please remember to order a new engravings for your replacement band.

Will my exchange ship for free?

Yes! For exchanges within the 180 day (6 month) exchange window, your replacement will ship for free.

Please note; Customers will be responsible for the costs associated with returning their order. We do not currently provide return shipping labels.

Can I pick a different ring?

Yes, that would be no problem!

Exchanges must be for equal or lesser value.

Your exchange must be received in like new, undamaged condition and within the 180 day exchange window.

How many size exchanges can I receive?

Each order will come with one free size or width exchange.

That free exchange must be made within the 180 day (6 month) exchange window.

After the free exchange, or after 180 days (6 months), exchanges for new sizes or widths is a $25 with return of your current ring. Your exchange must be in good, like new condition. Returns, Refunds, Cancelations

How many days do I have to return my order?

We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy.

Please Note regarding total refund; Your return must be returned in brand new condition.

Your refund will be minus our cost to ship your order to you, minus any missing items in your return package, and minus the cost of any ordered engraving.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we do offer a 24 hour order cancelation window. After 24 hours, we can cancel your order provided we haven't shipped your order yet.

After your order has shipped it must be returned, unused and undamaged for a refund.

Please note, our cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund.

Can I have a return shipping label?

Customers will be responsible for the costs associated with returning their order. We do not currently provide return shipping labels.

How long will the refund take?

Generally refunds will arrive back on your payment method in approximately 2 to 5 business days.

Refunds are issued after your return arrives at the workshop.

Please Note regarding total refund; Your refund will be minus our cost to ship your order to you, minus any missing items in your return package, and minus the cost of any ordered engraving.

Warranty

Is it really a lifetime warranty?

Yes, Absolutely!

For the first year, if you damage your band or inlay in any way our warranty has you covered with a free replacement.

After the first year, replacements are a $49 fee.

Can my replacement be a different width or size?

Unfortunately, no.

Warranty replacements must be in the same size and width as originally ordered or as of your most recent size exchange.

Will my warranty replacement be engraved?

Warranty replacements can be engraved.

For the first year, if you damage your band or inlay in any way our warranty has you covered with a free replacement. This includes a free engraving on the replacement.

After the first year, If you would like your warranty replacement to be engraved, please remember to order a new engravings for your replacement band.

Please note; warranty replacements will only be sent out in the same width and size as the original order.

Will my warranty replacement ship for free?

Yes! For warranty replacements within the 365 day (1 year) warranty window, your replacement will ship for free.

Please note; Customers will be responsible for the costs associated with returning their ring for the warranty replacement. We do not currently provide return shipping labels.

How many warranty replacements can I receive?

Each order will come with one free replacement for a damaged band or inlay. This free replacement will also include a free replacement engraving as well. This will require return of the current damaged band to receive your replacement.

That free replacement must be made within the 365 day (1 year) warranty window.

After the free replacement, or after 365 days (1 year), your lifetime warranty starts. The warranty deductible for replacements of damaged bands is a $49 with return of your current damaged ring. If you would like these replacements engraved, please remember to order a new engraving. There is no limit to the number of replacements. There is no limit to the number of warranty replacements.

Warranty replacements will be in the same width and size as the original, or most recent exchange size.

Customizations

Can I ship my own wood?

We are not currently accepting shipments of customer provided materials.

Wood from unknown sources may be brittle, insect infested, chemically treated, improperly preserved, contain contaminates that may damage our equipment and/or in general not be suitable for ring making.

Can I ship my own gemstones?

Generally, yes. There are some exceptions due to the safety and suitability of some gemstones.

Realgar is an example of a gemstone we won't accept for a custom band.

Please note, customizations will be an additional charge. Depending on the quantity of custom orders currently in progress it may be a 6 to 8 week delay to make your custom order.

Can I customize my ring?

We do offer engravings for personalization.

Inlay customization may be possible, however; depending on the quantity of custom orders currently in progress it may be a 6 to 8 week delay to make your custom order.

Do you work with any gemstones?

We have a limited selection of gemstones available for custom projects.

Can I engrave the outside of the ring?

Center channel rings can only be engraved on the interior of the band.
