Order Exchanges

We're happy to help take the stress and worry out of buying a ring online with our 180 day (6 month) exchange policy.

With our exchange policy, you may exchange your band for free, once per order for;

  • A new size
  • Change widths
  • New band style
  • Different band type

After your first exchange, or after 180 days (6 months), we're still happy to help! The exchange cost in those cases is currently $29 and can be ordered from our; Exchange Service.

Please note regarding engravings; Your exchange will not be shipped with an engraving. If you would like your exchange to be engraved, please remember to order an new engraving.

Starting Your Exchange

To start your exchange, please fill out and submit the below form.

If you do not follow the below steps it will cause delays with your exchange.

Please include the following information in your exchange request;

  • Mention "Exchange request"
  • Order number
  • What replacement you would like to receive.
  • Shipping address for the replacement.

To avoid delays with your exchange, please also print, or write the above information on a piece of paper and include it inside the shipping package with your exchange.

The exchange must be equal or lesser value to what was originally ordered.

Your exchange must be returned undamaged and in like new condition. Damaged bands will not be exchanged. Please review our Limited Lifetime Warranty for replacement of damaged bands.

For your first exchange we will ship your replacement band for free, however; we do not provide a shipping label to return your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Securely pack your return so it arrives safely.  It's best to tape up the original packing and packaging you received with your order. Do not use a thin paper envelope. Bands that do not arrive, or arrive damaged; will not be replaced.

The below exchange form must be filled out to start the exchange process. Failing to fill out the below exchange form before shipping your exchange will cause delays with your replacement.
