Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our rings are designed using quality materials and with the expectation that our customers will wear their rings daily in all different conditions.

Your order comes with a 1 year (365 day) warranty that includes a one time replacement for any damage or defect with your ring.

After your first warranty replacement, or after 365 days (1 year), we're still happy to help! The warranty deductible cost for replacements in those cases is currently $49 and can be ordered from our; Warranty Replacement Service.

Warranty Request Process

To start your warranty replacement, please fill out and submit the below form.

Please include the following information in your warranty request;

  • Mention "Warranty request"
  • Order number
  • Shipping address for the replacement.
  • First and last name
  • email address

To avoid delays with your replacement, please also print, or write the above information on a piece of paper and include it inside the shipping package with your damaged band.

Note regarding sizes; Your warranty replacement will be in the same size, width and band style as originally ordered unless you previously requested an exchange.

Note regarding engravings; After the first year (or first replacement), please remember to order an engraving if you would like subsequent replacements to be engraved.

Please understand your replacement will be shipped after your return arrives. We do not provide a shipping label to return your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however; ship you the replacement band in the first year for free.

Securely pack your return so it arrives safely. Do not use a thin paper envelope. Bands that do not arrive will not be replaced.

The below return request form must be filled out to start the return process. Failing to fill out the below return request form before shipping your return will cause delays with your refund.
